Every year a large number of students migrate outside India to study MBBS in MCI approved medical colleges. Now, the National Medical Council has issued a notification for those students. The NMC asked Medical aspirants that, before getting enrolled in any medical colleges situated outside India, cross-check every detail from the Indian Embassy.

According to NMC’s notification, news came to the National Medical Commission that some educational consultancies are tweaking the information about the medical universities abroad, like fee structure, approval and etc. They are doing this to get a good amount of commission. Students should cross-verify the details from the related university.
The university is approved by the medical council of India or not, can be confirmed by the Indian Embassy in that particular country. The National Medical Commission has announced the names of MCI Approved medical colleges in different countries. Students can check them through the official website. This list is verified by the Indian embassy in different states
